Support governments in designing and sustaining communication and stakeholder engagement approaches that build political legitimacy, manage expectations, and maintain alignment among domestic and international actors throughout the lifecycle of a country platform. Note: Stakeholder engagement is more focused and substantive if it is informed by an understanding of the distributional impacts of transition. This could be done in prior diagnostic step.
